Foodbank NEWS

Update - w/e 5/4/2026

For the first 3 months of the year, your donations to the foodbank total 158kg. Well done and thank you. The central foodbank informs us that they have 95 fewer food crates than this time last year, so your ongoing support remains crucial and much appreciated.

By way of reminder, there are two marked boxes in the Narthex for your physical donations and cash can be donated via the contactless machines in the Narthex.

Needed urgently

These are some of the foodstuffs/other items that are needed urgently by the foodbank.

  • Tinned Meat

  • Tinned Fruit

  • Microwave Rice

  • Crisps

  • Custard

  • Rice Pudding

  • Cooking Sauce

  • Ketchup/Mayonnaise/Brown Sauce

  • Jam/Honey/Chocolate Spread/Peanut Butter/Marmalade

Parish Food Collections
